Shipping

I hand pack every order myself and ship within 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri). Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. If your order contains a preorder, your entire order will ship together once the preorder title is released.

 

Local Pickup (Parker, CO)

Local pickup is available in my building’s secure package room between 10 AM – 5 PM. After you place your order, you’ll receive an email asking for your preferred pickup date. Your order will be placed in a locked pickup box inside the package room on the date you choose, not before or after. If you need to adjust your pickup date, just reply to the email before your scheduled day. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, including preorders and blind dates. Because I’m a very small shop, I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges. If I make an error with your order, please email me within 7 days so I can fix it. For damaged or lost packages, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
