How long does shipping take?

I hand-pack every order myself, so I do my best to get things out the door within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). As soon as your package ships, you’ll get an email with tracking information.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, I only ship within the United States.

 

What is your return policy?

Because I’m a tiny shop, all sales are final, including preorders.
Please double-check your shipping address when checking out to avoid delivery issues. If there’s a mistake on my end, reach out within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in my secured package room between 10 AM and 5 PM every day. After check out, you'll receive an email asking you to choose your pickup date. Your order will only be placed out on the day you choose. 

 

Where is the pickup location? 

Inside the package room of my building in Parker, CO. You'll get detailed directions and the code in your pickup email as soon as your order is ready. 

 

How soon will be order be ready for pickup? 

Usually within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a "Ready for Pickup" email once it's placed in the secure box.
